Senior DevOps Engineer

• Proven experience as a DevOps or Site Reliability Engineer in high-scale production environments.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and developer experience principles.
• Deep experience with cloud platforms (preferably AWS) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Skilled in infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Experience with CI/CD systems like GitHub Actions and Jenkins.
• Proficient in scripting and automation (e.g., Bash, Node).
• Familiar with monitoring, alerting, and logging stacks such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK.
• Strong architectural thinking and passion for building reliable, scalable systems.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-first mindset.
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (not required).

• Collaborate with a small team of experienced engineers in a global, fast-paced environment.
• Design, build, and manage scalable infrastructure with high availability and performance.
• Own the end-to-end delivery of infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and internal tooling from conception to post-deployment.
• Drive improvements in developer experience by optimizing build times, debugging capabilities, and tooling ergonomics.
• Continuously automate and refine operational processes to increase system resilience and reduce manual toil.
• Work closely with software engineers to enable seamless integration, deployment, and observability of new features.
