Systems Engineer (NanoAvionics)

• Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Aerospace Engineering, Physics, or related field
• Strong critical/analytical thinking and fundamental understanding of physical principles
• Work experience across multiple engineering disciplines (mechanical, electrical, RF, control systems)
• Strong sense of ownership, ability to work independently and in teams
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience managing requirements in multidisciplinary projects

Nice to have:

• Experience with Requirement Management systems
• Knowledge of MBSE (Model-Based Systems Engineering)
• Prior involvement in space missions or satellite projects

• Lead space systems and missions design and development, ensuring all technical requirements are defined and met
• Act as principal technical authority, providing guidance across project lifecycle phases
• Ensure top-level system design aligns with detailed designs and resolve conflicts
• Coordinate schedules for Milestone Reviews and delivery dates with core project team
• Verify technical documentation aligns with requirements and top-level design
• Lead Design Milestone Reviews and moderate discussions with stakeholders
• Manage space system requirements, trade-offs, and technical budgets (Mass, Power, Data, Link, Delta-V, Energy)
• Work with engineering disciplines and prepare launch documentation
• Ensure technical alignment within multidisciplinary engineering teams and with customers by controlling requirements and scope

Remote work with occasional visits at Warsaw office and business travels to Lithuania if needed.
