Wymagania

  • 2-3 years of experience working with SuccessFactors integrations.
  • Basic knowledge of message transformation and transmission between systems.
  • Strong hands-on/user experience with the Employee Central module.
  • Structured, proactive, and collaborative approach to work.
  • Fluent in English.

Obowiązki

  • Support, maintain, and develop global HR system SuccessFactors inbound and outbound integrations.
  • Provide daily support and operations for SuccessFactors integrations.
  • Develop and improve SuccessFactors integrations to ensure seamless application performance.
  • Respond to super-user queries by troubleshooting and resolving tickets and change requests.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to application functionality, user access, and data retrieval.
  • Collaborate with SuccessFactors application specialists to identify, report, and fix incidents, and develop and implement enhancements.
  • Continuously monitor application performance using various tools.
  • Create, update, and maintain comprehensive documentation including user guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting tips.
  • Assist in rolling out application updates, patches, and upgrades with minimal disruption.
  • Ensure applications comply with IT security policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
  • Gather user feedback to identify recurring issues and areas for improvement and communicate findings to IT and development teams.
  • Anticipate potential application issues and implement preventative measures.
