Agile Lead

Mindbox is a tech-driven company connecting top IT talents with technology projects for leading enterprises across Europe. The role involves providing Agile leadership for a newly created technology POD developing open-source software solutions and driving continuous improvement in delivery processes.

• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and software delivery lifecycles.
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
• Proven track record of applying process improvements in tech/IT environments.
• Strong analytical and facilitation skills with ability to interpret data and turn insights into actions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to balance Agile flexibility with structured delivery.
• Experience with DevOps, SAFe, or automation is an advantage.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
• 5+ years in Agile delivery and process improvement roles, ideally within IT or Technology domains.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including planning, refinement, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach Agile principles to help the team select and apply appropriate frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid).
• Remove impediments, resolve dependencies, and maintain smooth delivery flow.
• Enhance team performance using metrics such as cycle time, throughput, and quality signals, focusing on improvement.
• Partner with Product Owners/Managers to refine backlog prioritization and clarify outcomes.
• Coordinate dependencies and alignment across teams, vendors, and key functions like security and architecture.
• Foster good engineering practices including test automation, CI/CD, and documentation.
• Build a safe and inclusive environment for open discussion and collaborative problem-solving.
• Drive structured problem-solving and implement process improvements from concept to delivery.
