PMO FinRep

Mindbox is a tech-driven company connecting top IT talents with technology projects for leading enterprises across Europe. The role is within the Data Change Centre of Excellence, focusing on governance, reporting, and control to ensure change initiatives adhere to global change management standards, initially focusing on Financial Reporting Data Issues Remediation.

• 5–8 years of experience in a PMO or project delivery governance role
• Proven success managing global or cross-functional programmes
• Strong knowledge of data quality, data governance, or data remediation projects
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and toolsets (Jira, Confluence, Clarity)
• Ability to produce high-quality reporting and documentation for senior stakeholders
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with stakeholders at all levels globally
• Demonstrated experience in process improvement and portfolio governance standards
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)

Nice to have:

• Exposure to financial services regulatory change or risk remediation programmes
• Knowledge of Agile at scale frameworks and global delivery processes

• Support the Programme Manager and Project Managers to deliver according to business plans, budgets, and timelines
• Manage and track RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and escalate critical items for resolution
• Monitor adherence to Change Framework standards and governance requirements
• Track and report OKRs (Objectives & Key Results) and programme benefits against commitments
• Prepare and deliver quality reporting on programme status, RAIDs, milestones, and deliverables
• Implement and maintain DAO delivery standards, perform quality checks throughout the project lifecycle
• Maintain and update key documentation, processes, and governance forums’ records (minutes, actions)
• Guide teams on agile tools (Jira, Confluence) and provide training on change framework methodologies
• Manage budgeting and expenditure tracking for assigned programs
• Facilitate post-implementation reviews, lessons learned, and best-practice sharing
