Development Lead

Mindbox is a tech-driven company connecting top IT talents with technology projects for leading enterprises across Europe, focusing on consulting, engineering, and talent development.

• Proven track record as an end-to-end delivery / technical delivery lead in large-scale IT programs.
• Expertise in SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release governance.
• Strong coordination, dependency management, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Experience integrating APIs, data pipelines, and event-driven architectures.
• Hands-on delivery experience in Avaloq (preferred) and/or Addepar (highly desirable if both).
• Private banking domain experience (portfolio, transactions, performance reporting) preferred.
• Familiarity with production monitoring and observability (logging, alerting).
• Experience with third-party vendors and distributed global teams.

• Lead end-to-end delivery: manage scope, timelines, budget, quality, and risk for one or more workstreams.
• Drive delivery planning: work breakdown, estimation, milestones, critical path, RAID control, and release readiness.
• Governance & Reporting: track delivery performance, risks, and dependencies.
• Ensure deliverables meet functional and non-functional requirements (security, resilience, performance, scalability).
• Avaloq: wealth/core banking platform configuration and integration.
• Addepar: portfolio reporting/data integration, onboarding, and outputs.
• Enforce quality gates (code review, static analysis, automated testing).
• Ensure CI/CD discipline, logging, and production readiness.
• Serve as the central coordination point across engineering, QA, data, infrastructure, security, and vendors.
• Manage cutover, testing strategies (unit, system, regression, security), and early-life support.
• Ensure compliance with SDLC controls, audit requirements, and risk frameworks.
