Network Service Engineer

Mindbox is a tech-driven company connecting top IT talents with technology projects for leading enterprises across Europe. The role is part of the Global Enterprise Networks team, focusing on planning, deploying, and upgrading mission-critical network infrastructure for a leading digital infrastructure company.

• Hands-on experience as a Network Engineer, ideally within enterprise or large-scale environments.
• Proven track record in project-based network implementation and hardware migration.
• Strong knowledge of eBGP, OSPF, LACP, VLANs, and firewalls.
• Experience with Juniper, Cisco, and Palo Alto vendors.
• Familiarity with network automation tools and scripting in Python.
• Prior tier 2/tier 3 network support experience in datacenter environments is desirable.
• Vendor certifications such as JNCIA and CCNA are highly preferred.

• Implement multi-vendor network service platforms according to global architecture standards.
• Prepare detailed network planning and configuration documentation.
• Deliver upgrades for edge and backbone network infrastructure.
• Coordinate with project managers, vendors, and datacenter teams for new installations and changes.
• Utilize network automation and scripting tools (Python) for configuration generation and deployment.
• Connect and onboard new hardware onto monitoring and management systems.
• Conduct pre-production testing and validation before handover to operations.
• Perform scheduled maintenance activities following change management policies.
• Support tier-3 fault escalations alongside Service Management teams.
• Assist in decommissioning legacy equipment and maintaining network configuration standards.
• Document processes and contribute to Continual Service Improvement initiatives.

• Hybrid work mode requiring presence twice a week in the Warsaw office
• 6-month contract with possibility of extension
