Business Analyst

Devire Outsourcing IT is a collaboration model dedicated to IT specialists, based on B2B, delivering projects for clients running innovative and modern technological initiatives. The position is for a Business Analyst in the banking and financial sector, focusing on the development and maintenance of the Calypso system in the Fixed Income instruments area, especially treasury bonds.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT (preferably banking/finance)
• Very good knowledge of the Calypso system
• Experience with treasury bonds (key requirement)
• Experience with Repo/BSB and money market instruments
• Knowledge of transaction lifecycle (coupon, maturity, amortization)
• Understanding of pricing, market data, and system integrations
• Ability to work at the business–IT interface
• Independence and proactivity
• English language proficiency at minimum B1 level

• Analyze and document business and system requirements
• Support development and maintenance of the Calypso system (Fixed Income, pricing, market data, lifecycle)
• Model processes (Front / Middle / Back Office)
• Design and analyze integrations (Accounting/GL, Risk, Regulatory Reporting, Market Data)
• Collaborate with business teams, IT, and vendors
• Participate in workshops and support development teams
• Analyze and resolve production incidents
