Product Leader (Agent Platform)

At JetBrains, we’re building an AI-native platform for software development that connects developer workflows, team-level collaboration, and organizational control into a single coherent system. This platform will serve as the execution and governance layer for AI-driven development. It will be deeply integrated with developer tools but designed to work across teams, products, and environments. This is a long-term strategic investment for JetBrains and a key pillar of our vision for the future of software development.

• A senior product leader with C-suite accountability.
• Experienced in building platform, governance, or developer tooling products.
• Strong in both strategy and execution, with no tendency toward “big bang” thinking.
• Comfortable working with enterprise customers and hybrid environments.
• An excellent communicator and cross-functional leader.
• Data-driven and outcome-oriented.

Nice to have:

• Experience with RBAC/ABAC or multi-tenant systems.
• A background in hybrid/cloud SaaS.
• Experience running design partner programs.

• Define and execute the roadmap for the platform’s control and execution planes.
• Lead the development of key platform primitives and console UX.
• Shape hybrid cloud and enterprise readiness capabilities.
• Define and deliver public APIs for enterprise extensibility.
• Align cross-functional teams around priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Engage directly with strategic customers and design partners at the VP+ level.
• Define KPIs and drive disciplined execution.
