Lead Flutter Developer

BrainRocket is a global company creating end-to-end tech products for clients across Fintech, iGaming, and Marketing. The company has a team of 1,300 employees and operates in Cyprus, Malta, Portugal, Poland, and Serbia.

Leadership & Experience:

• Experience leading a development team or holding a senior role with team responsibilities
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Mobile Development:

• 5+ years of experience in mobile app development (Android and/or iOS)
• Solid understanding of mobile architecture and platform-specific best practices
• Experience working with REST APIs and sockets

Flutter:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Flutter
• Strong knowledge of Dart, especially async programming (Streams, RxDart)
• At least one Flutter app released in production (App Store or Google Play)

Code Quality & Design:

• Solid grasp of OOP and SOLID principles
• Commitment to clean, maintainable code and helping others write it

• Lead and coordinate the mobile development team, ensuring smooth operations and goal achievement
• Take ownership of maintaining the current app portfolio and drive the transition to a new architecture
• Contribute to planning, grooming, technical discussions, and estimations to improve team workflows
• Review code regularly, provide feedback, and support team members' growth through coaching
• Make architectural decisions aligned with business and technical needs
• Promote knowledge sharing and encourage new ideas and best practices within the team
