Senior/Mid DevOps

GetResponse is a Polish SaaS company with more than 300 people and over 350,000 customers worldwide. Founded in 1998, it offers advanced online marketing solutions including marketing automation, responsive email design, landing page creation, webinars, CRM, and analytical tools.

• Very good knowledge of Linux (Debian, Ubuntu)
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Practical knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform, Helm)
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines
• Scripting skills in Python or Bash
• Very good command of Polish (C1)
• Good command of English (min. B2)
• Minimum 2+ years of commercial experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with IaC tools (Terraform, Helm)
• Strong experience in debugging and optimizing CI/CD pipelines
• Ability to design robust, scalable architectures and mentor other engineers

Nice to have:

• Experience with databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL)
• Familiarity with time-series databases and monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus)
• Experience with messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, AMQP, Redis Streams)
• Knowledge of secret management tools (e.g., HashiCorp Vault)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and related security practices

• Manage and maintain container-based environments
• Implement and operate Kubernetes clusters (on-premise and cloud, including Amazon EKS) using Infrastructure as Code
• Ensure high availability and scalability of all systems
• Design and develop cloud architectures based on best practices and modern solutions
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Docker and GitLab
• Proactively identify and implement improvements and new solutions
• Collaborate closely with agile development teams to deliver high-quality results

Candidates must have very good command of Polish (C1) and good command of English (min. B2).
