• Experience managing senior-level data engineers or scientists delivering high-impact work under evolving priorities.
• Strong background in data engineering and analytics, comfortable with distributed systems, data modeling, and large-scale warehouse architecture.
• Product mindset with the ability to identify internal customers and deliver solutions that solve their pain points.
• Experience tackling hard-to-measure problems using creative data-driven approaches.

• Manage a highly-skilled team of Data Engineers and Analytics Engineers in Warsaw, fostering a culture of excellence, autonomy, and collaboration.
• Develop frameworks to quantify the impact of AI tools on engineering and enterprise-wide productivity.
• Build observability and quality standards to ensure the integrity of Netflix's massive data warehouse.
• Act as a thought leader for internal stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable insights.
• Own the roadmap for enterprise data products, making decisions on architecture, tooling, and methodology.
