ML and Automation Manager

1dea is a company operating in IT consulting and finance, offering modern equipment, software, and configuration, with a solid market position. The role involves designing, implementing, and scaling Machine Learning and automation solutions that transform clients' businesses, combining strategy and technology to build practical and responsible AI cloud solutions.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Machine Learning, advanced analytics, and process automation
• Documented experience deploying AI/ML on at least one cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or others)
• Practical knowledge of ML frameworks, analytical tools, and model lifecycle (MLOps)
• Deep understanding of data ethics and governance in AI context
• Experience working in Agile methodologies and cross-functional teams
• Ability to clearly present analysis results and recommendations to management and technical teams
• English language proficiency at B2+ level or higher

Nice to have:

• Experience designing Agentic AI architectures
• AI/ML certifications or postgraduate studies in the field

• Lead end-to-end Machine Learning and automation projects from concept to full production deployment
• Provide strategic consulting to identify areas where ML and AI can deliver the highest ROI for clients
• Design and deploy models in Azure or AWS cloud environments focusing on scalability
• Implement MLOps standards including monitoring, retraining, deployment, and Responsible AI governance
• Mentor and develop ML engineers and automation specialists
• Co-create offers, define architecture, and estimate projects for new clients
• Build internal standards and reusable assets, and track latest trends such as Generative AI and Agentic AI
