Product Manager (Customer Care)

XTB is a company operating in the fintech sector.

• Very good knowledge of issues related to regulated markets, especially guidelines such as GDPR and DORA.
• Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Miro.
• Knowledge of database systems and the SQL query language.
• Experience in product management (fintech experience is a plus).
• Understanding of new technology trends, e-commerce applications, SaaS, and mobile & web applications.
• Experience in creating business requirements, product requirements documentation, and driving their execution together with product teams.
• Ability to analyze data and an analytical mindset in product development.
• High independence and self-starter attitude.
• Experience working with a cross-functional team in an agile environment.
• English proficiency at a minimum B2 level.

Nice to have:

• Experience with distributed systems and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Knowledge of any scripting language.
• Experience (private or professional) in investing and financial markets.

• Responsible for the shape of the product: the vision for the future and the selection of KPIs that correspond to the KPIs of the area and the company.
• Focus on the customer by seeking confirmation of intuition in research and monitoring customer satisfaction.
• Operationalize the product vision by translating visions into specific steps and tasks for the development team.
• Coordinate cooperation with stakeholders such as the legal department, risk department, and marketing to enable product launch on the market.
• Cooperate with the Team Lead of the development team.
• Use metrics to justify decisions with numbers and facts, avoiding "I think" statements.
