• 10+ years of product leadership experience including 3+ years leading product management teams.
• Deep Salesforce knowledge including metadata, deployment debugging, and governor limits.
• Experience shipping DevOps, ALM, data protection, or security products.
• Ability to develop long-term strategy and execute short-term operational goals.
• Strong storytelling skills for diverse audiences including customers, analysts, and boards.
