Wymagania
- At least 5 years of relevant IT professional experience.
- At least 2 years in a similar ServiceNow Administrator position.
- Both ServiceNow certifications (or equivalent): Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- Strong, hands-on experience administering and maintaining the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong, hands-on experience configuring ServiceNow (ITSM and other modules).
- Solid practical knowledge of the ServiceNow product portfolio and of Service Management as a discipline.
- Hands-on experience with requirements gathering, analysis and project management.
- Working knowledge of the key integration technologies used with ServiceNow: Web Services, SSO, LDAP, REST.
- Good understanding of complex information systems and how they interoperate.
- Awareness of IT security standards.
- Experience producing technical documentation, including SOPs.
- Practical knowledge of MariaDB administration / management.
- English at B2 level (CEFR) or higher.
- Eligibility to obtain EU CONFIDENTIAL personnel security clearance.
Nice to have:
- Hands-on experience designing ServiceNow platform solutions.
- Experience with on-premise ServiceNow deployments.
- Previous exposure to EU institutions, agencies or similar regulated environments.
Obowiązki
- Keeping the ServiceNow platform secure, available and fully functional, in cooperation with the ServiceNow Architect and Developers.
- Overseeing development work and bug fixing across the platform's full lifecycle.
- Running ServiceNow demos and training sessions for end users and support teams.
- Configure and administer ServiceNow modules (ITSM and others).
- Capture business needs, translate them into clean technical solutions, and support project planning.
- Keeping documentation up to date — technical docs, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), user manuals and knowledge base articles.
- Carrying out other duties assigned by the team leader.
