Senior Solutions Architect - Exchange

We are looking for a Senior Solutions Architect to join an international company operating in the life sciences industry. This role is focused on working with Microsoft Exchange in hybrid and cloud environments. You will support projects related to architecture, migrations, and solution maintenance, collaborating with infrastructure, security, and identity management teams.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong experience with Microsoft Exchange (On-Premises, Hybrid, Exchange Online)
• Solid knowledge of Azure Active Directory (AAD), Conditional Access, and Identity Management
• Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and administration
• Good understanding of hybrid architectures and cloud connectivity
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, mail flow, certificates, and firewall concepts
• Experience with Azure networking (VNets, NSGs, VPN, ExpressRoute)
• Fluent English (written and spoken)

• Support Exchange architecture and migration projects
• Design and maintain Microsoft Exchange environments (On-Prem, Hybrid, Online)
• Participate in migrations, including planning and execution
• Administer and support Exchange systems
• Automate tasks using PowerShell
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and identity teams
• Document solutions and processes
• Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
