CRO Analyst

At Docplanner Group, the world's largest healthcare platform, connecting 24 million patients with 280k doctors across 13 countries through brands like ZnanyLekarz, Doctoralia, MioDottore, DoktorTakvimi, and jameda. The company provides marketplaces, SaaS, and AI tools to help doctors, clinics, and hospitals work more efficiently.

• 2+ years experience in web analytics, digital marketing, or CRO roles.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, or other web analytics platforms.
• Ability to interpret web data using Looker, Tableau, Superset, or similar tools.
• Experience with A/B testing tools like Google Optimize, VWO, or Optimizely.
• Experience with Hotjar, Clarity, or other user behavior tracking tools is a plus.
• Experience with Search Console or other SEO tracking tools is a plus.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Analyze and report on website performance, focusing on conversion rates, form submissions, and user engagement.
• Interpret data from website tracking tools (Google Analytics, VWO, Hubspot).
• Set and ideate web events based on business objectives.
• Conduct A/B testing analyses (VWO and HubSpot).
• Perform one-off analysis for key initiatives like Black Friday campaign, promotions, product launches, and website migrations to measure effectiveness.
• Identify and analyze different audience segments to improve targeting and personalization.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure tracking plans are in place for all key user behaviors.
• Collaborate with the content team to provide data-driven insights that inform content creation and optimize engagement from key user segments.
