Wymagania
- Previous experience in a senior data leadership role
- Ownership of the data warehouse
- Experience leading product analytics and/or BI
- Experience simplifying and modernizing data operations in complex environments
- Experience leading and evolving data teams
- Ability to translate between data and business language
- Systems thinking to identify and eliminate bottlenecks
- Experience scaling data operations in a fast-growing global company
- Ability to focus teams on high-impact initiatives and guide stakeholders toward business value
Obowiązki
- Simplify data stack complexity and eliminate waste across data warehouse, product analytics, and BI teams
- Ensure consistent data quality to enable confident decision-making
- Partner with departments to identify priorities and focus resources on impactful initiatives
- Leverage AI tools and establish scalable workflows for global growth
- Lead transformation of data teams from reactive providers to proactive business enablers
- Lead and evolve the Data function including people leadership and team structure
