Business Analyst – Payments

Infolet supports IT leaders by providing technology, experts, and full operational support including legalization of stay and work for international IT specialists. The company has 20 years of experience and works on projects involving Java, JavaScript, C embedded, C++, PHP, mobile specialists, software testers, network and system administrators, among others.

Must have:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, IT Business Analyst, or Business Consultant
• Strong payments domain knowledge (mandatory)
• Experience in analysing business requirements and converting them into effective functional solutions
• Ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders
• Strong understanding of the project lifecycle and change delivery processes
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
• Business-oriented mindset with solid technical awareness
• Fluent English and Polish

Nice to have:

• Experience in banking / financial services environments
• Knowledge of Agile / Scrum delivery models
• Experience in large-scale transformation or payments modernization projects

• Gather, analyse, and document business and IT processes
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and solution proposals
• Design process improvements and change interventions
• Coordinate change activities, including planning, stakeholder engagement, training, and communication
• Track delivery progress and prepare status reports
• Support implementation of new solutions and process enhancements
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Project Managers, Developers, and Architects
• Support resource planning and ensure effective utilisation of delivery capacity

Hybrid work mode requires 2 days per week or 6 days per month onsite with required travel.
