Technical Support Engineer

DAGMA Sp. z o. o. is an IT security expert company with nearly 40 years of experience. They distribute IT security solutions, provide consulting, implementation, and training in information security and IT systems. They conduct IT security audits and penetration tests. The Katowice location employs nearly 200 people and is continuously growing.

• Experience in technical support
• English language skills enabling work with documentation and technical communication
• Knowledge of Linux, Windows, Microsoft 365 (including Power Automate, SharePoint)
• Technical knowledge and understanding of cybersecurity best practices
• Basics of computer networks and protocols
• Ability to read and create technical documentation
• Independence, proactivity, and good work organization
• High communication skills and customer problem-solving orientation

Nice to have:

• Technical education
• Knowledge of tools: Wireshark, PowerShell, Bash, AI, Copilot
• Experience with cybersecurity products (including competitors)

• Provide substantive and technical support to clients in cybersecurity solutions
• Analyze and resolve technical problems by identifying causes, recommending, and implementing effective solutions
• Translate client problems into technical and operational language
• Create technical documentation, training materials, knowledge bases, and instructions
• Conduct internal and external training sessions
• Design and improve procedures, processes, and standards in the support area
• Monitor task execution and ensure quality of delivered support
• Collaborate closely with engineering, presales, and sales teams
• Mentor and share knowledge within the team
