Polimex Mostostal S.A. is part of the Polimex Mostostal Capital Group, one of the largest Polish engineering and construction companies. It is a general contractor in industrial construction, executing specialized investments in Poland and abroad for the energy, petrochemical, gas, and environmental protection sectors. The company produces and exports steel structures, grating platforms, and is involved in galvanizing and painting steel structures.

• Experience in IT technical support (first line support or similar).
• Knowledge of computer hardware, mobile devices, and basic operating systems.
• Willingness to travel frequently for work (80% of work time outside the office).
• Driving license category B and ability to drive safely.
• Independence and good time management.
• Ability to work under time pressure.
• Communication skills and problem-solving orientation.

Nice to have:

• Experience in mobile work or working on construction sites.
• Knowledge of Microsoft environment (Windows, Office 365, Active Directory).
• Basic network management skills.

• Provide IT support on Polimex Mostostal Capital Group projects across Poland according to the established schedule.
• Represent the IT technical support department in contacts with teams belonging to Polimex Mostostal Capital Group.
• Conduct IT audits at company locations to assess current infrastructure and identify needs to ensure proper system operation.
• Provide IT advice to local administration teams within Polimex Mostostal Capital Group regarding selection and use of technological solutions.
• Coordinate IT activities by collecting needs from locations and reporting them to appropriate IT teams.
• Coordinate activities between technical support teams, monitor ticket resolution, and escalate to higher support levels when necessary.
• Maintain effective communication between teams within Polimex Mostostal Capital Group and the central IT office.
• Receive devices (laptops, phones, monitors, accessories) and forward them to the central IT office or appropriate service; provide users with replacement equipment.
