IT Application Manager (k/m)

Plukon Sieradz Sp. z o.o. is part of Plukon Food Group, one of the largest players in the European poultry meat market. It supplies poultry products and ready-to-eat meals to leading European food sector partners. Main markets include the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, France, Poland, Spain, the United Kingdom, and Ireland.

• Higher education in IT and business management, business informatics, or related fields
• At least 2 years of experience in managing ERP systems and other business systems, IT project management, and business process management
• English language proficiency at a minimum C1 level

• Handling new requests and incidents in the application environment
• Advising on business process improvements
• Planning and managing projects including work and resource planning, budgeting, and work estimation
• Responsibility for documentation and instructions for the customer service department and users
• Training key users on Plukon Food Group applications
• Reporting problems and changes in the application area to the supervisor
• Implementing changes and improvements in specific Plukon Food Group applications in agreement with the supervisor
• Supporting the creation of the annual IT application action plan
• Close cooperation with ERP system suppliers and consultants regarding problem resolution and implementation of improvements
