Project Manager

SafeKiddo is a company specializing in Parental Control and Cyber Security solutions. Their products focus on care rather than control, aiming to build trust between parents and children. They serve telecommunication operators worldwide and individual customers.

• 3+ years of experience as PM / TPM / Product Owner in software projects with enterprise clients
• Strong technical background with experience as architect, tech lead, or technical PM; understanding of API, microservices, CI/CD, DNS
• Experience in telco industry or with telecom operators/integrators, understanding billing systems, SMS gateways, integration processes
• Fluent Polish for client and team interface
• Communicative English for international team
• Independence
• Ability to write technical and business documentation

Nice to have:

• Experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban)
• Experience in cybersecurity or security services
• Experience with security certification or compliance audits
• Knowledge of AI tools for coding (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot)

• Conduct daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and project status meetings
• Independently lead operational meetings with clients
• Report progress and prepare project documentation and requirements
• Coordinate the work of the development team (iOS, Android, backend, platform, QA)
• Manage backlog and priorities in cooperation with the CEO
• Build client relationships and eventually take over 80% of ongoing client communication
