Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant

ITFS is a consulting company from the Tricity area with a branch in Warsaw. It focuses primarily on IT specialist recruitment and creating project-based Software House solutions for clients from Poland and Western Europe.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar position
• Practical experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP)
• Very good knowledge of data architecture and data modeling
• Experience in designing and implementing data flows (ETL/ELT)
• Ability to integrate systems and work with APIs
• Independence in work and a "product mindset" approach
• Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders
• Communicative English language skills (minimum B2+)

• Analyze and discover the client's data ecosystem, identify gaps, and define the target data model in Salesforce Data Cloud
• Design data flow architecture (data ingestion, transformations, segmentation) according to business requirements
• Configure and implement Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) including integrations, data modeling, segment building, and data activation
• Integrate Data Cloud with other systems (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, external data sources)
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver data-driven solutions
• Prepare the environment for handover to the client's team and support onboarding and knowledge transfer
• Create project and technical documentation
