Comarch is seeking a UX/UI Designer to integrate complex ERP business processes with modern CRM systems. The role involves creating a Design System that will serve as a base for Agentic AI to generate frontend code in Angular.

Wymagania

Minimum 2 years of experience designing B2B systems with a portfolio of complex business applications (CRM, ERP, FinTech)
Knowledge of market leaders and patterns used in Salesforce, Pipedrive, and HubSpot systems
Proficiency in Figma, including creating advanced reusable components and libraries (Design Ops)
Understanding of 3-layer architecture and interface communication with APIs
English language skills allowing fluent communication (minimum B2 level)
High organizational skills, creativity, and ability to work in a team

Obowiązki

Design ERP/CRM processes based on best market patterns
Build and oversee the Design System, creating components for AI implementation
User-Centric Transformation: design ergonomic web solutions including click reduction and intelligent dashboards
Collaborate with the Taxi-team and development team to consult technical possibilities and verify "Pixel Perfect" AI-generated code
