ML And Automation Manager

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Machine Learning, advanced analytics, and process automation
• Documented experience deploying AI/ML on at least one cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or others)
• Practical knowledge of ML frameworks, analytical tools, and model lifecycle (MLOps)
• Deep understanding of data ethics and governance in the context of artificial intelligence
• Experience working in Agile projects and cross-functional teams
• Ability to clearly present analysis results and recommendations to management and technical teams
• English language proficiency at B2+ level or higher

Nice to have:

• Experience designing Agentic AI architectures
• AI/ML certifications or postgraduate studies in the field

• Leading Machine Learning and automation projects end-to-end from conceptual phase to full production deployment
• Strategic consulting: identifying client areas where ML and AI can bring the highest return on investment
• Designing models and deploying them in Azure or AWS environments with a focus on scalability
• Implementing standards for monitoring, retraining, and deployment of models and ensuring Responsible AI principles
• Mentoring and developing ML engineers and automation specialists
• Co-creating offers, defining architecture, and estimating projects for new clients
• Building internal standards (reusable assets) and tracking latest trends such as GenAI and Agentic AI

100% remote work with occasional business trips to Dublin 1-2 times per quarter
