Senior Data Privacy Manager (Cybersecurity Consultant)

1dea is a recruitment consulting company providing IT talent acquisition services. It has been operating in the Polish market for over 8 years and is gradually expanding its services to Western European markets.

• At least 8 years of experience in Data Privacy / GDPR.
• Knowledge of data inventory, impact assessments, and data breach response.
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level.
• Analytical thinking to evaluate effectiveness and identify improvements.
• Communication skills to explain complex topics simply.

Nice to have:

• Certifications such as CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPT.
• Experience with tools like OneTrust, BigID, MS Purview.
• Basic technical understanding (e.g., APIs, PowerBI).

• Advising clients on technical and business approaches to privacy protection.
• Identifying key data within companies and ensuring its security at every stage.
• Conducting risk assessments such as DPIA to verify compliance with privacy requirements.
• Supporting the implementation of systems that automate privacy processes.
• Writing effective policies and procedures related to data privacy.
