Senior .Net Engineer

• Strong experience with C#/.NET in production environments
• Real experience with database-heavy systems (MSSQL, PostgreSQL)
• Accountability and ownership of features and services
• Business-minded approach with understanding of client stakes
• Ability to work under constraints in on-premises bank environments
• AI-native, comfortable using AI tools in development

• Own a feature from initial conversation through deployment and post-release support

• Use AI tools (Cursor & Claude Code) as a natural part of the workflow

• SaaS Product Reinvention: Modernize and improve an established product

• AI & On-Prem Applications: Maintain and evolve AI-powered applications running on-premises in bank environments, preparing for hybrid on-prem/SaaS future

• Own services end-to-end including reliability, evolution, and client relationships

• Co-own squad backlog and help shape direction aligned with company vision

• Maintain high engineering standards through code reviews and testing discipline
