Wymagania
- 5+ years in software engineering, system analysis, or solution architecture.
- Ability to read and understand source code (e.g., PHP, Go, JavaScript) to extract business logic.
- Proficiency in using UML, BPMN, or similar standards for system and process modeling.
- Strong understanding of SQL, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
- Experience using AI-assisted tools (e.g., Cursor, Copilot) for analysis and documentation.
- Ability to design realistic solutions that balance technical ideals with business needs.
- Professional English and Polish language skills; German is much appreciated.
Obowiązki
- Investigate source code, databases, and logs to understand and document existing business logic and system behavior.
- Work with Business Stakeholders, Product Owners and UX/UI Designers to translate product requirements into technical specifications.
- Create data models, process flows (UML, BPMN), and API contracts (REST, sync/async).
- Identify technical debt and design pathways to migrate from legacy systems to a modular architecture.
- Assist developers in understanding technical requirements and ensure implementation aligns with the design.
