Product Manager

Scalo delivers software projects and supports partners in business development. They create software enabling faster change and better results, utilizing a broad spectrum of IT services including technology consulting, software development, embedded systems, cloud solutions, data management, and dedicated development teams.

• Experience as a Product Manager in financial or technical projects.
• Good understanding of banking terminology and processes.
• Experience working with technical teams and understanding backend systems (e.g., Java).
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficient communication skills in English (minimum B2+).

Nice to have:

• Technical background (e.g., previous development experience).

• Participate in banking industry projects related to the development of ledger platforms and transaction systems for Tier 1 banks with real impact on product direction.
• Define product vision and development strategy.
• Gather and analyze business requirements from banking sector clients.
• Prioritize product backlog based on business value and risk.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, QA, and DevOps teams.
• Coordinate activities between technical and business stakeholders.
• Maintain consistency of the product roadmap and achievement of product goals.
