Technical Product Manager

Scalo delivers software projects and supports partners in business development. They create software enabling faster change and better results, utilizing a broad spectrum of IT services including technology consulting, software development, embedded systems, cloud solutions, data management, and dedicated development teams.

• Experience as a Technical Product Manager or similar role
• Strong technical background, e.g., development experience
• Experience in financial or banking projects
• Knowledge of financial terminology and transactional systems
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business teams
• Willingness to work flexible hours (partial overlap with US time zones)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies
• English proficiency at minimum B2+ level
• Nice to have: experience with core banking systems, payments, or ledger systems

• Participate in financial services projects related to building and developing banking systems, including greenfield and existing high-scalability transactional platforms
• Manage product backlog and roadmap for ledger platforms
• Translate business and banking requirements into technical solutions
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams and client stakeholders
• Prioritize tasks based on business value and risk
• Contribute to development and maintenance of high-availability and high-performance systems
• Work in cross-functional teams including backend engineers, QA engineers, and DevOps
• Use tools such as Confluence, GitHub, GitLab, GIT, Jenkins, Agile, and Scrum
