Platform Cloud Developer

The role involves building, operating, and improving a cloud platform with a focus on scalable, secure, and compliant cloud adoption using everything-as-code and strong engineering practices. The platform aims to be intuitive and easy to use, enhancing developer experience and enabling teams to focus on business value.

• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure including operations.
• Strong Infrastructure as Code (IaC) skills with Bicep and Terraform.
• Knowledge of Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) / Enterprise Scale best practices.
• Understanding of security and compliance, preferably in the financial sector.
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and Agile methodologies.
• Previous experience with Customer Experience.

• Design, build, and operate the Enterprise Scale Foundation platform and CI/CD pipelines.
• Improve platform usability, reliability, and developer experience.
• Implement and manage Landing Zones, guardrails, and policy-as-code.
• Develop automation using Infrastructure as Code (IaC), APIs, and reusable workflows.
• Build integrations with enterprise systems such as ITSM, identity, and data.
• Ensure security, compliance, and governance standards are met.
• Collaborate with teams to drive platform improvements and enable self-service.
