As an Implementation Lead for the Poland market, you will work with Uber for Business customers to ensure the successful launch of new accounts within the Uber for Business platform. You will support Sales and Account Management teams to drive revenue growth, operational excellence, and customer service.
Wymagania
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Polish.
- Three years of professional experience with at least two years in a customer-facing role.
- Ability to prioritize high-value clients and think about strategy and process improvement.
Nice to have:
- Proficiency in an additional European language such as German, Danish, or Swedish.
- Intuition for people and passion for strengthening customer relationships.
- Ability to help clients address problems and think creatively.
- Exceptional organizational skills balancing attention to detail with swift execution.
- Agility and resourcefulness in new spaces.
- Experience managing internal stakeholders, including senior levels.
Obowiązki
- Work with Uber for Business customers to understand their needs and goals.
- Facilitate calls and attend in-person meetings with clients.
- Communicate regularly with client points of contact.
- Understand Uber for Business products and broader Uber solutions for customer enablement and growth.
- Own customer onboarding operationally and strategically, including creating company profiles, drafting email communications, submitting billing applications, and running demonstrations and training.
- Define objectives and align with customers on employee adoption goals.
- Coordinate and lead timelines for implementation.
- Implement initiatives to increase adoption and utilization post-launch.
- Curate documentation to support customer education.
- Resolve complex issues using existing resources and manage internal stakeholder relationships.
- Work with Premium Support to resolve customer support issues quickly for new accounts.
