The KYC Analyst (S2) position is part of Uber’s Payment Compliance team, focusing on regulatory compliance and maintaining the integrity of Uber’s financial ecosystem. The role involves working across Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), and Ongoing Due Diligence (ODD) to ensure comprehensive customer verification and risk management.
Wymagania
- Minimum 1 year experience in KYC, AML, or Compliance, preferably in fintech, financial services, or banking
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to interpret complex information
- Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills with a proactive attitude
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities
- Adaptability, curiosity, and willingness to learn new systems and processes
- High professional integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information
Nice to have:
- Hands-on experience with Jira (case tracking and queue management)
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets (data analysis, dashboards, reporting)
- Familiarity with Salesforce and KYC screening tools
- Understanding of risk scoring models and document verification workflows
- Experience in process documentation, quality control, or internal audits
- Understanding of Jira portal
- Passion for process optimization and continuous improvement
Obowiązki
- Perform detailed reviews under CDD, EDD, and ODD standards to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements
- Manage operational queues related to EDD, ODD, and Jira requests, ensuring timely and accurate case handling
- Collaborate with KYC Specialists, Senior Analysts, and stakeholders to maintain process consistency and quality
- Provide insights and feedback to the Team Leader to support decision-making and optimize performance
- Analyze team metrics to identify trends, recurring issues, and improvement areas
- Support projects and initiatives for process automation, data quality, and efficiency improvements
- Document and escalate risks, inconsistencies, or process gaps per internal procedures
- Stay updated on regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry best practices in KYC/AML compliance

Employees are expected to spend at least half of their work time in their assigned office unless formally approved to work fully remotely.
