Senior Product Manager - AI-First Developer Experience

Relativity develops software to help users organize data, discover the truth, and act on it. Their e-discovery platform is used by more than 13,000 organizations worldwide to manage large volumes of data and identify key issues during litigation, internal investigations, and compliance projects.

Preferred qualifications:

• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Ability to leverage AI tools and AI-enabled workflows to accelerate product management tasks and share best practices.
• Familiarity and comfort with data analysis to monitor product health, set goals, and track success.
• Excitement and curiosity about highly complex problems, systems, and interactions.
• Proven ability to validate solutions and deliver features from inception to delivery.
• Strong tactical execution with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience championing and delivering value via incentive-based adoption strategies.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation/Bicep) and CI/CD patterns enabling secure, repeatable, self-service infrastructure provisioning at scale.
• Experience leveraging MCP servers, agentic workflows, and reusable AI skills to improve developer experience and efficiency.
• Experience building or scaling AI-enabled developer tools and measuring impact via productivity and quality metrics.
• Familiarity with AI product delivery considerations such as model evaluation, prompt/agent design, data governance, privacy/security, and cost management.
• Focus on details while maintaining big picture strategy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Minimum qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in product management building custom software.
• 1+ years of experience managing and coaching Product Owners.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or comparable work experience.

Role Responsibilities:

• Craft and shape the product strategy and portfolio that advances an AI-first developer experience aligned with cloud transformation.
• Discover and deeply understand internal engineering, external customer needs, and market research to identify AI-first approaches enhancing productivity across software lifecycle workflows.
• Own the organization-wide mechanism for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) adoption, including standards, reusable modules/templates, policy-as-code guardrails, CI/CD integration, and adoption metrics.
• Clearly communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-first developer workflows to various stakeholders.
• Lead with a data-driven approach using qualitative and quantitative data to articulate product vision, identify opportunities, and gain organizational buy-in.
• Manage via Objectives and Key Results and leading indicators of product health and project success.
• Own portfolio operations including revising roadmaps, facilitating prioritization, and defining success metrics demonstrating customer outcomes.
• Build a scalable developer enablement flywheel by capturing best practices, packaging reusable guidance, and measuring impact.
• Mentor and coach junior team members, leading by example and contributing to team initiatives.
• Serve as a player and coach by translating high-level objectives into low-level stories with requirements for product improvements.
