The Real Estate and Workplace Services (REWS) team operates and maintains Intel sites, offices, labs, and factories worldwide, providing onsite services to ensure safety, comfort, and productivity. REWS supports Intel's environmental sustainability commitments by investing in conservation projects and driving reductions in greenhouse gas emissions, energy and water use, and waste generation.


Wymagania

  • Currently enrolled in an engineering degree program (e.g., electrical, mechanical, energy systems, building technologies, automation, or similar)
  • Ability to remain a student for at least 12 months
  • Good analytical skills and ability to work with large language models (LLMs), data, and documentation
  • Interest in real estate, facilities management, building operations, or workplace services
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Well organized and detail oriented with the ability to manage tasks accurately
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
  • Fluent in English and Polish, both written and spoken
  • Ability to work at least 20 hours per week

Obowiązki

  • Contribute to ISO 50001 energy management certification by creating, updating, and maintaining documentation and analyzing building systems operational data
  • Collaborate to leverage new technologies and analytics tools, including working with sensor and meter data, using advanced analytics platforms (e.g., GE Cimplicity, SEEQ), and exploring AI-enabled functionalities
  • Provide administrative services to the European Real Estate team, including managing purchase orders, supporting payment processes, ensuring documentation accuracy, and assisting with facility assets management system (IBM Maximo) administration and auditing
  • Conduct regular office walkthroughs to identify, report, and support resolution of facility-related issues and ensure optimal working conditions
  • Support day-to-day site operations and services to contribute to smooth facility and workplace management
