• Experience in independent software development.
• Willingness to make technical decisions.
• Required technologies depending on profile: .NET (targeting .NET 10) for backend, PostgreSQL databases, frontend web technologies (Angular, React, TypeScript), mobile applications (Android/iOS native or cross-platform such as Flutter), REST API, security topics (authorization, encryption).

• Collaborate in the development and enhancement of backend and API for the central system.
• Design and develop the data layer.
• Create modern web applications (frontend).
• Develop mobile applications.
• Integrate the system with devices and other environment components.
• Design and implement secure communication between system elements.
• Work as part of a complementary team of specialists.
