Project Manager

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing projects using both agile and traditional methodologies
• Experience managing projects involving IT systems
• Analytical thinking and ability to combine knowledge and observations from various areas into constructive conclusions
• Structured and results-oriented problem-solving approach
• Ability to clearly and concisely formulate thoughts and present conclusions
• Good organization of work and teamwork
• Goal-oriented mindset
• Proactivity and independence in action
• Ability to manage stakeholders and their expectations at various organizational levels

Nice to have:

• Experience in requirements analysis and IT system design or managing projects combining IT and business areas

• Manage projects throughout the entire project lifecycle according to the organization's principles and methodology
• Manage all areas of conducted projects including scope, change, schedule, risk, and communication
• Collaborate with business process owners to identify needs and implement project products
• Report on progress, project issues, changes, and risks
• Cooperate with internal clients and external suppliers
• Maintain project documentation
• Share experiences regarding conducted projects and participate in ongoing workshops
• Actively support the organization in developing project culture and methodologies
