Support Specialist L1 (m/f/n)

Bergman Engineering Sp. z o.o. is a Wrocław-based company operating across Poland and Europe since 2011. The company specializes in outsourcing engineers and specialists and supporting internal recruitment processes in manufacturing companies. They focus on providing competent and highly qualified employees for industries such as automotive, aviation, electromobility, FMCG, chemistry, automation and robotics, metallurgy, and construction.

• Minimum one year of experience in technical support, system operations, or system monitoring
• Knowledge of German and English at minimum B2 level (mandatory)
• Ability to analyze system logs and telemetry data
• Basic knowledge of backend or cloud environments is an advantage
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system (24/6, Saturdays until 14:00)
• Well-developed communication skills
• Ability to organize work and manage tasks in a project environment
• Ability to work under pressure of deadlines and project priorities

Nice to have:

• Experience in automotive, robotics, or industrial automation

• Monitor telemetry dashboards, alerts, and system status of autonomous driving systems
• Analyze incidents based on system logs and recordings
• Restart backend services and components according to operational procedures
• Register and escalate tickets in ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow)
• Communicate with clients during incident handling
• Document actions taken and prepare handover of changes
• Report improvements in processes and tools
