Wymagania
- Fluent German language skills (minimum C1) necessary for customer service.
- Communicative English language skills (minimum B1) required during training and team communication.
- Good knowledge of technical IT topics.
- Ability to listen and read with understanding, and to create clear statements with respect.
- Willingness to work in a shift system (shifts between 7:00 and 21:00).
Nice to have:
- Experience in Service Desk or customer service.
Obowiązki
- Join the Service Desk team to develop customer service competencies based on modern CX solutions.
- Serve as the first point of contact for Tchibo store employees.
- Respond to internal inquiries from Tchibo store employees.
- Identify and resolve IT problems.
- Analyze situations for anomalies.
- Report other issues requiring further action.
