UX/UI Designer

ITFS is a consulting company from the Tricity area with a branch in Warsaw. They focus primarily on IT specialist recruitment and creating project-based Software House solutions for clients from Poland and Western Europe.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in UX/UI design
• Experience in B2B projects or Enterprise software
• Practical experience working with real products and understanding front-end technologies
• Proficient knowledge of Figma and Design Systems standards
• Familiarity with techniques such as Double/Triple Diamond, Customer Journey, Persona, Service Blueprint, Business/Product Canvas
• Experience conducting UX workshops and managing stakeholders, including C-level
• Ability to execute full project cycle: research, concept, prototyping, testing, and UI delivery
• Experience working in an international agile environment
• English language proficiency at minimum B2/C1 level

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of UX design, UI design, Design System, Frontend, Enterprise software / B2B projects
• Languages: Polish, English, German

• Conducting workshops and project sessions with cross-functional stakeholders
• Validating concepts and efficiently implementing improvements using agile testing methodologies
• Applying RITE and lean UX methods for rapid solution iteration
• Planning and conducting user research, creating prototypes, and usability tests
• Designing and optimizing interfaces for advanced B2B business processes
• Close collaboration with Product Owners and developers to ensure consistency and technical feasibility of projects
• Expanding the component library and maintaining scalability of the product's visual layer
• Presenting business justifications and research results to senior management
• Adapting design processes to current priorities in an agile software cycle
• Supporting best practices, mentoring, and knowledge sharing within the team

Work location is remote with workshops in Warsaw center every 1-2 months (2-3 days). Cooperation is on a long-term B2B basis. Recruitment process includes short interview with ITFS, technical interview with client, and soft skills interview.
