IT Security Engineer

We are looking for an IT Security Engineer for a project for a client from the banking industry.

• Hands-on programming experience (e.g. C#, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python).
• Good understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and experience working with development teams.
• Interest in growing within Application Security / AI Security.
• Experience with AI coding assistants, or strong willingness to start working with them.
• Ability to analyze code on your own and identify possible security threats.
• Practical experience working with LLM agents and prompt engineering.

Nice to have:

• Background in Application Security, DevSecOps, or Secure Coding.
• Familiarity with OWASP Top 10, OWASP ASVS, SAST, DAST.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines.

• Helping development teams use AI tools safely in their daily work.
• Reviewing code produced by AI agents and spotting potential security risks and vulnerabilities.
• Designing and rolling out secure practices for AI-assisted SDLC (secure coding with LLMs).
• Working together with developers, architects, and security teams to make CI/CD pipelines more secure.
• Preparing guidelines, standards, and recommendations for using generative AI models in the development process.
• Training technical teams on how to develop software safely with AI.
