IT Business Analyst

• Solid knowledge of Client Lifecycle Management, including KYC and Client Onboarding
• Strong communication skills in English (spoken & written)
• Excellent analytical capabilities and ability to absorb complex knowledge quickly
• Ability to translate functional requirements into technical specifications for engineers
• Innovative mindset to solve complex business issues
• Knowledge of Agile practices (Scrum, LEAN) and familiarity with SAFe framework
• Understanding of DevOps practices: Test Automation, CI/CD

• Collaborate with Business and Transformation teams to gather, review, and optimize business requirements
• Produce detailed specifications for technical implementation by engineering teams
• Act as a bridge between Business, Product Owners, Engineers, and End Users throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and external regulations
• Acquire and share knowledge in Client Lifecycle Management
• Test IT components and work with development teams to resolve defects
• Ensure user requirements are delivered effectively from concept to production
