Computer Service Manager

• Academic degree or equivalent in an IT-related field
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar role
• Experience in manufacturing or production environments is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Strong knowledge of hosting infrastructure (hypervisors, clusters, platforms)
• Experience with server and database environments (Windows, Linux, MS SQL, etc.)
• ITIL certification (minimum Foundation level)
• Experience with ITSM tools, especially ServiceNow
• Understanding of backup, monitoring, and FinOps practices
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Azure Stack HCI, and DevOps is an advantage

• Manage vendors, ITSM processes, SLAs, and analyze service performance
• Coordinate “run the service” activities in line with security standards
• Oversee vendor lifecycle management and security compliance
• Coordinate Compute maintenance activities following ITIL practices, including security improvements and modernization initiatives (e.g. in-place upgrades)
• Evaluate and recommend solutions for Compute demand and optimization
• Verify invoices and ensure budget compliance
• Drive continuous improvement within Compute services
• Maintain and update service documentation and CMDB
• Collaborate with vendors for efficient platform utilization
• Identify and mitigate support grey areas
• Act as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Compute-related inquiries
• Address risks and collaborate with key stakeholders
