Junior Frontend Developer (React.js)

MasterBorn is a company working with US clients from diverse industries such as FinTech, SportsTech, and MedTech. Their tech stack includes React, Node.js, and TypeScript. They offer flexibility to work within the Polish time zone and collaborate on projects ranging from well-established companies to startups in early stages (MVPs).

• 1 year of commercial experience in web development
• Strong JavaScript fundamentals and TypeScript knowledge
• Hands-on experience with React.js ecosystem (hooks, state management)
• REST API integration and basic build tools configuration
• Uses AI coding assistants for learning, exploration, and productivity while critically evaluating outputs
• Genuine interest in understanding user needs and business value
• Proactive communication and openness to feedback
• Open-minded about learning new frameworks and technologies
• Interest in backend technologies and aspiration towards fullstack development
• Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments
• English B2+ for international collaboration
• Polish C1 for daily team communication
• Ready to work closely with mentors while gradually building independence

Nice to have:

• Experience with modern meta-frameworks (e.g., TanStack Start, Next.js, Remix, SvelteKit)
• Understanding of cloud services (AWS, serverless)
• Docker basics and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library)

• Develop and maintain React.js applications
• Implement responsive interfaces with attention to design details and user experience
• Write clean, maintainable code following team standards
• Participate in code reviews, giving and receiving feedback constructively
• Expand beyond frontend into backend work, growing frontend engineers into full-stack generalists
• Collaborate with designers, developers, QA, and product owners to deliver features
