Salesforce Business Analyst & Data Analyst

For our Client from the automotive sector, the Salesforce Business Analyst & Data Analyst will join the Salesforce Core Team — a centralized platform team responsible for owning, governing, and evolving the Salesforce platform across the organisation. The Core Team supports Salesforce as a strategic enterprise platform, working across multiple business areas and IT teams, driving and supporting a wide range of cross platform and cross functional initiatives, ensuring effective integration with surrounding systems and supporting both operational and strategic business needs.

• Salesforce Administrator Certification (minimum requirement)
• Experience working with Salesforce production data
• Strong background in Business Analysis and/or Data Analysis
• Experience performing data merging and data quality activities in Salesforce
• Ability to analyse complex data sets and translate findings into clear insights
• Business analysis and stakeholder collaboration
• Data analysis, validation, and interpretation
• Understanding of Salesforce data models and platform concepts
• Structured, analytical, and detail oriented mindset
• Ability to work across teams and initiatives in a complex enterprise environment
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Collaborate with product, platform, and technical roles to ensure shared understanding
• Identify data quality issues, trends, and improvement opportunities
• Support reporting, analysis, and insight generation related to initiatives and core platform work
• Support operations work connected to initiative delivery, including analysis, validation, and preparation tasks
• Assist with ongoing platform support activities where analysis or data expertise is required
• Help ensure stable and predictable operations alongside initiative execution
• Work within a centralised Salesforce platform team, supporting multiple business domains
• Participate in cross platform initiatives involving Salesforce and connected systems
• Contribute to improving ways of working, documentation, and analytical practices within the team
