Wymagania

  • Minimum one year of experience in a Helpdesk or Tech Support role.
  • Knowledge of Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and office tools.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve network and computer hardware issues.
  • Communication skills and ability to work with users of varying technical expertise.
  • Basic understanding of IT security.
  • Ability to write simple automation scripts (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python).
  • Good knowledge of Atlassian systems (Jira, Confluence).
  • Experience with contact center tools for customer service management (e.g., Thulium).
  • Good organizational skills and independence.
  • English language proficiency sufficient to read technical documentation.
  • Willingness to help others.
  • Patience and persistence in problem-solving.
  • Availability for occasional work outside standard hours, including during company events and planned power outages.

Nice to have:

  • Student status (part-time studies) or completed studies in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electronics, or related fields.

Obowiązki

  • Provide first-line technical support for employees within the organization.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and update operating systems and software.
  • Assist in managing user accounts in company systems such as Google Workspace, Atlassian applications, and NAS servers.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to report and escalate complex problems.
  • Document problems and solutions in the ticketing system.
  • Manage IT equipment inventory.
  • Train new employees on hardware and systems.
  • Support occasional company events held in the office during afternoon and evening hours, requiring availability and readiness.
  • Participate in technical tasks related to planned service outages, including shutting down and restarting infrastructure during non-standard hours.

  • Salary: 7000-8700 PLN gross per month (employment contract) or 42-52 PLN net + VAT per hour (B2B).
