Wymagania
- At least 2 years of experience in software development projects
- Graduate in Computer Science, Robotics, Telecommunications, or equivalent technical field
- Fluent in English (C1) and comfortable communicating with external clients on technical topics
- Experience managing a team of developers using Agile methodologies
- Understanding of software development lifecycle
- Excellent time and priority management
- Attention to detail and readiness to face challenges
Nice to have:
- Experience in the medical industry
- Experience managing freelancers

- Regular communication with business to understand requirements
- Planning and coordination of all project aspects from initiation to realization
- Preparing project cost estimates and offers
- Supervising schedules and budgets
- Managing team time and capabilities, as well as project risks, issues, and progress
