AI-Powered Python Summer Internship

• Final-year students or recent graduates.
• English proficiency at least B2 level.
• Solid understanding of Python programming, including OOP, exceptions, async programming, data structures, and decorators.
• Basic understanding of SQL and databases.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and Microservices.
• Experience with FastAPI or other web frameworks.
• General understanding of Git fundamentals.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with Generative AI and Language AI.
• Experience in software development in any language.

• Developing a Python and AI-powered solution from scratch.
• Collaborating in a Scrum team environment.
• Understanding the code review process.
• Designing new applications and structuring backend systems.
• Participating in code reviews to improve quality and performance.
• Engaging in training sessions to expand and deepen knowledge.
• Working 3 days in the Krakow office and 2 days remotely in a hybrid setup.

• Internship is open exclusively to individuals based in Poland.
• Hybrid work setup in Krakow required.
• Applicants living outside Krakow must be able to travel regularly to the office.
• Selection based on application order and assessment results.
• EPAM does not cover visa or work permit costs.
• Campus Portal participants and current EPAM employees are not eligible.
